Customer Service Manager
You are a customer-oriented individual and able to multi-task and always put customer’s interest first.
- Manage all clients’ interaction and route to the relevant departments
- Support the sales team and correspond with client via whatsapp, phone, emails
- Liaise with onboarding team to ensure job completion
- Be the 1st point of contact between the client and Company
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- 2 years experience in a customer service position
- Customer service oriented and a team player
- Able to converse in English and Mandarin
- Abillity to multi-task and work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at various levels
- Must be service & results oriented
- Training will be provided
